It measures accurately fractions of cups, ounces, tablespoons, teaspoons, as well as metric units. When measuring shortening and other solids with a Wonder Cup, fill to the brim and level off with the back of a knife or spatula. When measuring liquids, fill to the brim. 1.Press to release the cup from the sleeve.
2.Twist to the desired measuring point on the scale.
3.Fill to the brim with the ingredient that you are measuring.
4.Push or pour to remove contents.
